Virtual Redesign

Our Virtual Redesign Service is completely online and is the best option for those who would like to initiate the redesign either by themselves or later on; this service has low up-front costs of and allows you to implement the design at your own pace, as time and budget allow. We begin with an E-consultation where you answer a few questions about your specific needs, send us photos and dimensions of your room, and any inspirational photos. You choose between 2 curated mood boards, and we will virtually redesign the space with your budget, design style, and vision in mind. If you choose to keep any furniture that you currently have in the space, please let us know; if the item is not in our online furniture database, we can use a placeholder that best resembles your exact piece. This will allow you to see the entire room in the virtual rendering as close as it will look once everything is implemented. Once complete, you will receive a 2-dimensional space plan with furniture layout, 4K 3D Imaging, 360 Panorama views, and an itemized shopping list. See the vision, shop, and then implement the design at your own pace on your own time.

For kitchens and bathrooms, the layout should stay the same for plumbing and electrical purposes. If you choose to change the layout, we can virtually achieve it; though, it is up to you to source the experts within your area for approval, pricing, and execution. Costs for contractors are not included in the final budget breakdown. If you plan to have an outside source complete any project within the redesign, get quotes from your local area. You may be able to provide the completed rendering to your contractor to receive an estimate for the cost of their services.
