Our Full-Service Redesign includes an in-person/E-consultaion (whichever works best), walk-through, your choice between 2 mood boards, a virtual 3D rendering, design plan with pre-invoice, and in-person redesign execution. Prices start at $349, there will be additional charges for any of the following: new furniture/decor, painting/building supplies, and labor. We will redesign the space with your budget, design style, and vision in mind. If you choose to keep any furniture that you currently have in the space, please let us know; if the item is not in our online furniture database for your 3D rendering, we can use a placeholder that best resembles your exact piece- this will allow you to see the entire room as close as it will look once everything is complete.
With a kitchen and/or bathroom redesign, the layout should stay the same for plumbing and electrical purposes. If you choose to change the layout, we can achieve it; though, there will be additional costs to hire a structural engineer, general contractor, electrician, and/or plumber. The completed virtual rendering may be provided to the general contractor to receive an estimate for the cost of their services.

Purchase the 'Full-Service Redesign' package.
Fill out the 'Initial Questionnaire' form that is automatically sent to you.
You will receive a response from us following up on the questionnaire submission. We will ask you to send any inspirational photos and schedule a time to walk through and see the space.
The walkthrough will consist of gathering additional information, taking photographs, and measuring the space and/or furniture. We will discuss the challenges and come up with a plan based on your budget and design style.
We will continue to communicate via email and ensure that we have all of the necessary information before sending you the finalized design plan.
After we have all of the necessary information, we will send you a detailed document containing our design advice and recommendations, along with 2 completed mood boards that will help you visualize the design elements. You can choose which one you prefer, mix and match, or ask for changes to be made. This is what the entire space redesign will be based on.
Once we have the design plan finalized, we will notify you and begin curating the 3D renderings. Note: This process may take about a week to finalize, depending on the size of the space and the design style choices.
You will receive an email with the completed 2-dimensional space plan and furniture layout, 4K 3D realistic photos, 360-degree panoramas, an itemized shopping list with estimated furniture/decor prices, a pre-invoice (within your budget) for fees associated with shopping/sourcing, paint/supplies, labor, and installation, etc., and an estimated timeframe for completion.
Once you sign off on the pre-invoice, the payment must be made in full before any redesigning can begin.
We will work diligently to source all the items, complete renovations/installations, rearrange, and decorate within the estimated redesign timeframe.
